Activate new publishing system files
The system files related to the publishing engine are not automatically updated when an upgrade is performed. Currently the steps below are required to activate the new system files for publishing.
Stop the MyConnection Server service.
Linux
Run the stop_mcs.sh script in the install directory.
Windows
Open the services application, scroll down to find Visualware MyConnection Server and perform a stop action.
Go to the /MCS Root/data/liveuserpub directory and delete the entire contents so the directory is empty.
Stop the MyConnection Server service.
Linux
Run the start_mcs.sh script in the install directory.
Windows
Open the services application, scroll down to find Visualware MyConnection Server and perform a start action.
Starting MCS will action the migration of the new files to the /liveruserpub directory.
